We are confident in the quality of products, but due to the natural materials and the handcrafted nature, slight variations in finish, tones, textures and colors are common. These variations are not grounds for a claim. If there are damaged items, please refuse the items damaged during delivery. Worlds Away LLC will not be able to process any claims after 5 days of receipt of product. This includes all items shipped to a receiver for future installation dates. Items delivered & accepted/signed for, during a WHITE GLOVE delivery are non-refundable. If you would like to return a product for any other reason, you may return the item(s), however a 25% restocking fee will apply and you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to Worlds Away LLC.
